ICOSELS-IBADAN 2006







At the venue of the ICOSELS 2006, University of Ibadan, over 400 delegates from well over 16 universities of the federation came together to discuss vital issues relating to English language and literary studies. The events came up between November 7 and 10, 2006 at the Faculties of Arts and Technology of the Nigerian Premier University.






Registration of delegates was done by the registrations officers at the two faculties. Delegates were given conference booklet, conference folders, conference tags and other materials.

This picture represents the faces of the Conference secretaries from various universities including the host universities.


ICOSELS 2006 established a formidable ICT compliance by organizing a well-equiped ICT office manned by Agun Adetutu and George Mobolanle in the picture below:

At the meeting of the Council of Presidents [COUP] of the National Association of Students of English and Literary Studies [NASELS], Nigeria held at Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State between 22 and 23 of February, 2007, the following resolutions were reached regarding the 2nd Edition of the International Conference of Students of English and Literary Studies [ICOSELS] 2007:
